Are the flowers real?

Yes. Every Gullrung piece holds real flowers that our artist selects, dries completely and seals by hand in resin in our Lahore studio, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, store it covered in the bag provided after each wear, and keep it away from strong chemicals and long hours of direct sunlight. Getting wet is fine; just wipe it dry.

How long does delivery take?

Lahore: 2-3 days. Same-day delivery in Lahore is available with advance payment by local courier or rider; we cover Rs 99 of the delivery charge and you pay the rest. Other cities in Pakistan: 3-4 working days. Overseas orders ship via DHL; please WhatsApp us after placing your order for the shipping cost.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Every piece is carefully inspected and gift-packed, so this is rare. If anything arrives damaged or broken, just message us on WhatsApp at 0336 9999223 or email gullrung.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo: within 2 days of delivery for orders in Pakistan, or as soon as possible for overseas orders. We will send you a prepaid return label, and once the piece is back with us you choose a replacement or a full refund.

Does it come gift-packed?

Yes. Every order arrives in a hand-carved wooden gift box with a handmade card and a waterproof ziplock bag for storage.
