Are the flowers real?

Yes. Every Gullrung piece holds real flowers that our artist selects, dries completely and seals by hand in resin in our Lahore studio, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, store it covered in the bag provided after each wear, and keep it away from strong chemicals and long hours of direct sunlight. Getting wet is fine; just wipe it dry.

How long does delivery take?

Lahore: 2-3 days. Other cities in Pakistan: 3-4 working days. Orders are packed and dispatched within 0-1 day, with Rs 99 delivery across Pakistan and Cash on Delivery available. Same-day delivery in Lahore is available through third-party logistics with advance payment; Rs 99 is covered by us and the rest of the courier charge is paid by you. Saturday is a half day (we close by 3 PM), so please order in advance for same-day or next-day Lahore delivery on a Saturday. What if my piece arrives damaged?

Every piece is carefully inspected and gift-packed, so this is rare. If anything arrives damaged or broken, just message us on WhatsApp at 0336 9999223 or email gullrung.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo: within 2 days of delivery for orders in Pakistan, or as soon as possible for overseas orders. We will send you a prepaid return label, and once the piece is back with us you choose a replacement or a full refund.

Does it come gift-packed?

Every order includes a protective plastic bag and a jewelry care guide card at no extra cost. Our black Standard Jewelry Gift Box (Rs 50) is pre-selected on every product for protection; you can untick it, but we recommend keeping it. For something extra special, choose the hand-carved branded wooden gift box (Rs 475), a custom greeting card (Rs 350) or a waterproof ziplock pouch (Rs 50) under Select Gift Packaging.
