Scarf pins: a little garden at your shoulder
Hijab pins do a job, but they can be pretty too. Our scarf pins are resin domes holding real preserved flowers, worn at the shoulder, below the chin or to anchor a drape. On the back is a gold-tone safety-pin style brooch clasp, so it holds well through a busy day.
One honest note: like any brooch pin, it can snag very fine fabrics such as chiffon if you’re not careful, so slide it in gently and through a fold. Plenty of people skip chiffon for hijabs anyway since it’s delicate and see-through, but to each their own! Jersey, cotton, lawn and georgette-style scarves all work nicely.

Pendants over a hijab (briefly)

Earrings worn over the hijab
Everyone wears hijab differently, and that’s the beauty of it. Some keep earrings tucked beneath, while others hook them on the outside, over the hijab, so the flowers frame the face. The gold-tone safety-pin clasp is gentle on most fabrics. With very fine fabric like chiffon, pin slowly through a fold to avoid snags.
