Our Return Policy at a Glance

Every Gullrung piece is handmade in our Lahore studio, inspected with care and gift-packed in our standard jewelry gift box, so it reaches you in perfect condition. If anything ever arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help: just message us on WhatsApp at 0336 9999223 or email gullrung.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, and once the piece is back with us, you choose a replacement or a full refund.

✨ If your piece arrives damaged

  • Orders in Pakistan: please let us know within 2 days of delivery, so we can sort it out quickly.
  • Overseas orders: please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We allow for international shipping time on returns.
  • We’ll share a prepaid return shipping label, so the return costs you nothing.
  • Once we receive the damaged piece, you choose: a replacement or a full refund.

🌸 Why we don’t offer change-of-mind exchanges

Each Gullrung creation is one of a kind, made with real flowers that can never be arranged exactly the same way twice. Because of this, we aren’t able to exchange or swap pieces for a change of mind once they’ve been delivered. If you’re unsure about a size, colour or design, message us before ordering and we’ll happily help you choose.
